I made the pizza recipe today where you beat the egg whites. I topped it with tomato sauce, sautéed onion and bell pepper,very lean cooked ground beef. It was delicious! I will try this recipe next, with the broccoli and cauliflower added.

Walking 1.5 hours per day for 7.5 kms every day improved my posture and sleep, earlier my sleep was irregular, sometimes early and sometimes too late.

I have egg allergies. I mixed protein powder, cheesecake jello brand powder, plain gelatin powder, nut milk to desired consistency. I sprayed the pan with avocado oil (same as you did), poured the mix in and put the sliced apple on top. I pan cooked it on medium for about seven minutes. Although not as high in protein, my big scoop of whey protein powder was a good 26 grams of protein. Thanks for your videos.
